HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can start by calling now or scheduling a time for me to call you. On our call we will discuss your availability and needs. From there we can schedule your private yoga introductory 3 session starter pack (see ‘What are your rates?’ below).

WHAT DO I NEED?

You’ll need a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap depending on your program. It’s okay if you don’t have everything for the introductory session.

I’M LOOKING FOR A TEACHER TO DO A ONE-OFF SESSION WITH. DO YOU DO THAT?

I work with clients who are interested in working with a private yoga instructor on a weekly, ongoing basis. I don’t offer one-off sessions at this time.

I LIVE A LITTLE OUTSIDE THE NEIGHBOURHOODS YOU LISTED. WILL YOU TRAVEL TO ME?

I mostly work in Central and North London - from Primrose Hill, Camden, Hampstead Heath to Kentish Town, Highbury & Islington, Angel, Kings Cross and the City. If you are slightly outside this, I may be able to accommodate with an adjustment to my in rates.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Private yoga rates are comparable to physiotherapy rates. I’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation. Discounts are available for family members and the more sessions you do a week, the less each session costs! My introductory starter pack for 3 in-home sessions is £180.

I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS FOR ME?

Yes! I love working with beginners.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?

I am experienced in teaching yoga to people with a range of health conditions. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our phone call, and make sure we develop a program to give you the best experience possible.
