Emily teaches yoga, mindfulness and meditation and brings a wealth of experience gained on and off the mat to her classes.
From her experiences as a lawyer, a yoga and meditation teacher and living and travelling in many countries, Emily has a broad perspective on yoga, mindfulness and well-being for people leading busy modern lives. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and meditation and has a keen ability to weave these together to allow her students to feel their profound effects.
Emily has taught yoga, mindfulness and meditation in London, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Sweden and Barbados and currently lives in Sydney, Australia.
She has also spent time living in Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, Colombia, the UK and Australia and has worked as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and London.
Hatha Yoga, UK qualified, 200 hours teacher training, London 2015 and a further 200 hours in India 2018 with the Yogi Ashokananda School
